Subscriptions paid through Paddle

  • Checkout is run by Paddle, a payment provider trusted by thousands of software companies.
  • Card details go straight to Paddle and never touch Gymly's servers.
  • Paddle is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and handles sales tax, VAT and receipts for you.
  • Change or cancel your plan any time; you keep it until the end of the period you paid for.

Every gym's data kept apart

  • Each organization sees only its own data, and each location only its own members.
  • Roles decide who can see and change what, and the activity log records important changes.
  • Passwords are stored hashed, connection secrets are encrypted, and you can sign out any device.

How much does Gymly cost?

Starter is €30 a month or €300 a year for one location; Premium is €50 a month or €500 a year for up to 3 locations. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Both include unlimited members and staff, check-ins, payments, invoices, calendar and reports.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Gymly runs in the browser on a desk computer, tablet or phone. A TV screen only needs to open its link.

Can I bring my existing members?

Yes. Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, tell Gymly which column holds what, and your members are added in one go.

How do members check in?

The receptionist finds the member by name, phone or email. Gymly checks the membership right away, so expired memberships and used-up visits don't get through.

Which languages and currencies does Gymly support?

Gymly is in English, Albanian and Macedonian, and each user picks their own. Every location has its own currency — EUR, ALL, MKD, USD and many more.

Who can see my gym's data?

Only your own staff, and each person only what their role allows. Important changes go into the activity log, and you can log out any signed-in device. With Premium you can also change what each role may do.

How do the paid plans work?

Starter and Premium are subscriptions paid monthly or yearly, online through Paddle. If you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for; after that Gymly stays locked until you subscribe again, and your data is kept.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Every report exports to CSV (with Premium, also a full PDF report), and every invoice can be downloaded.
